Bruce is a demon in the kitchen and aims to offer a wholesome range of light snacks including a various of pasties (‘Oggies’) and a wide range of Highwayman Platters to suit all tastes. The food is locally supplied and much of it is Organic. Lunchtime  and Evening Menus  includes organic, vegan and vegetarian options and ranges from a wide range of Oggies (Pasties) to beef, cheese, ham, salmon or other platters, soup or pies.

  • There are special menus that usually reserved for our resident guests, but include Lobster Thermidore, Seabass, Scallops, Steaks and other options including some for those with ‘unusual’ requirements.
  • Residents can enjoy more exotic fayre in the evenings which can be tailor made to suit your own palette again using fresh local produce.
  • Full English breakfast, smoke salmon and scrambled eggs or indeed something lighter is served to guests that are tarrying a while longer.
